Keyrus North America (NORAM) is seeking a full-time Senior Data Consultant – Strategy & Data Governance.

Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise data strategies aligned with business priorities and transformation roadmaps
Conduct data maturity assessments and develop actionable governance roadmaps with measurable outcomes
Design and operationalize data governance frameworks including policies, standards, ownership models and accountability structures across business domains
Define and implement data quality management approaches including KPIs, monitoring practices and remediation processes
Support metadata management, data cataloging and lineage initiatives to improve trust, discoverability and usability of data assets
Define and implement data classification, access management and privacy compliance practices aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Conduct data risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation controls within governance programs
Engage executives and business stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption and sponsorship of data initiatives
Translate complex data concepts into clear business insights and strategic recommendations
Facilitate governance forums, workshops and training sessions to strengthen data literacy and accountability across the organization
Contribute to organizational change and adoption strategies supporting data transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business, data and technology teams
Develop business cases, KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, impact and ROI of governance initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
Strong experience in data strategy, data governance and data management frameworks, with the ability to assess client data maturity and define actionable roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
Solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, architectures and platforms, including governance tooling such as data catalogs, data quality and Master Data Management solutions
Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data privacy, security and governance practices impacting enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to perform current state assessments across processes, technologies and organizational models, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
Ability to develop high-quality client deliverables such as maturity assessments, governance frameworks, strategy documents, policies, presentations and executive-level recommendations
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to adapt industry methodologies and governance frameworks to client context and constraints
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and operate as a strategic advisor in complex client environments
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent communication skill
